Reddy's General Services Pty Ltd (ABN 81 193 901 887) is a family-owned commercial maintenance business based in Dandenong South, Victoria. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we handle it.

Client Enquiry Form: if you submit a client enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, the service you are interested in, and your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and follow up as needed.
Join Our Team Form: if you submit an expression of interest for employment, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and information about your experience and skills. You may also upload files such as your CV, certifications, and qualifications. We use this information solely to assess your suitability for roles at RGS.
We do not use any information submitted through this website for marketing purposes and we do not sell it to anyone.
How we store it
Form submissions are sent directly to our business email system and are only accessible by RGS staff. Any files you upload, such as your CV or certifications, arrive as email attachments and are stored the same way.
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. While we do our best to protect your information, we cannot warrant the security of information transmitted to us by email or through our website forms.
We keep client enquiry information for as long as it takes to follow up and close out the enquiry. We keep job application information for as long as it is being actively considered, and remove it once a decision has been made. We do not retain personal information beyond the point it is needed. Once personal information is no longer required for any purpose for which it may be used or disclosed under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), we will take reasonable steps to destroy it or ensure that it is de-identified.
Who else sees it
Your information is only seen by the RGS staff member responsible for handling your enquiry or application. Form submissions are processed directly on our own server and are not passed through any third-party service. We do not share your information with anyone else unless required to by law.
When you visit this website, our server may automatically record certain information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you accessed, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used only for website administration and security purposes and is not linked to your personal identity. Overseas recipients

Complaints

Upon receiving your complaint, we will assign it to an appropriate staff member who will investigate the matter and assess it against our obligations under the Australian Privacy Principles. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and endeavour to respond with the outcome of our review within 30 days. If your complaint involves complex matters, we will let you know if more time is needed. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.
