Good knowledge of SurfCAM or similar CAM software Good knowledge of Heidenheimer controller Experienced machining and CAD knowledge as to reduce machining time and reduce tool wear Die casting experience a plus 5 years qualified toolmaking experience needed
Trade qualified – fitter and turner Heavy industry background – minimum 5 years Hydraulics / Pneumatics Sound understanding of circuit diagrams Must have the ability to arc and MiG weld competently – welding certificate desirable but not mandatory Strong communications and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain control under pressure Be a self-starter enthusiastic and accept responsibility Die casting experience desirable but not mandatory be highly safety conscious and adhere to all site safety policies and procedures
